Learning Arabic /Islamic cultural
 
 Arabic language tuition is 4 hours per day with qualified teachers at your appropriate level. We will cover all aspects of language learning. This includes input on conversation, listening, grammar, vocabulary, functional language, role plays, reading and writing. There is an emphasis on communication and use of language. All Year Arabic Language Program is a flexible approach adopted by Divan Student Travel, to enable students interested in learning Arabic to satisfy their needs at any time during the year. This includes but is not limited to:
 

·        Group classes of any number.  

·        Private tutoring (one on one).       

·        Customized classes.

·        Excursions to historical and holy places.

·        On site tuition (within Amman).

·        Arabic for Special Purpose (ASP).

Arabi
     Arabic courses are offered in both Fusha (Modern standard Arabic) and Amiyya (Colloquial Spoken Language), The courses are taught in small groups at maximum of 12 students per group in Fusha and 8 students Only in Amiyya.

The courses do not follow a uniform pattern but are tailored to the needs of the applicants so as to meet the requirements of each group or individual as well as to promote a familiarity with and an enduring interest in the culture of the country. Each course concentrates on giving participants the maximum benefit they can get from learning the language during the period of their course, as well as benefiting from living in an authentic Jordanian environment.

The achievement at the end of any course depends on the length and intensity of the course. However, the target aimed at is for participating to acquired all or most of the necessary grammatical competence, to reach a level of communication skills and vocabulary. This will enable students to exchange information, talk about likes and dislikes, give explanations understand and respond to inquiries. These activities will contextualize in everyday situations using the past, present and future. 
                                 
Location:
The school is located in the heart of Amman. in a unique area of the city,  easy access to almost anything participants might need. where most of cinemas, theaters, shopping centers and entertainment places are located. Many universities and international banks are also nearby. A 45 minutes from the dead sea and 2:30 hours drive from Petra , one of the world’s wonders.

We organized learning, teaching and fun trips to historical and Islamic sites of interest in Jordan. such as:

Petra (the rosy city), Dead sea, Jordan river, Ahl al kahef, Aqaba, and Wadi rum, Madaba (the mosaic capital), Alzarqa, desert places, tours of Amman city and all the Islamic sights and mazarat al-sahabah with north of Jordan including baptismal site.

The classrooms are very well equipped with modern training facilities; video and audio players, a satellite TV and radio channels which are a great asset in the learning of any foreign language. Full internet service including video conference.

·        Cultural Activities.

  Although the location is new, the staff members, almost without exception, are very experienced in the field of teaching Arabic as a foreign  language. 
Participant have the privilege of joining in sport or social activities to have the opportunity to meet Jordanians and other participants who enjoy sports, social and leisure activities.

4. Housingand accommodation: Students will be assisted in finding suitable accommodation

         A- Furnished apartments: Most of the apartment owners are hospitable.

        B- In boarding schools that provide summer residence for international students

         C- Home stay with families that we have known and select, if available.

5- Medical Insurance & Care: students are provided with a list of doctors and out-patient
clinics in case of emergency. Under our insurance coverage.

6- Passports/ issuing residence permits/ extending tourist visas and any other matters to do
with Jordanian authorities.
