PCT Eligibility Requirement

  • Be at least 20 years old (and generally not older than 40).

  • Have graduated from at least secondary school.

  • Possess demonstrable professional skills developed by:

  1. Acquiring a university degree.

  2. Earning a professional certificate from a trade/technical school.

  3. Completing an apprenticeship of at least 2 years.

  4. Having at least two years of professional experience in the field in which you intend to train.

  • Not work in an unskilled occupation as defined by the U.S. State Department.

  • Have fluent spoken and written English skills.
