Apply as a university undergraduate or postgraduate student.

Have already begun a full-time course of study of at least two years in duration at an accredited post-secondary institution. (One year post-graduate students are also eligible). Students who have not yet begun university-level studies are not eligible for the program.

Be enrolled full-time -- no part-time students can be accepted.

Have pre-arranged, course-related training in the U.S. The position can be paid or unpaid.

Begin training in the U.S. while still a student or within 6 months of completing full-time coursework.
